Edwin Bell offers the option to return goods, within 28 days of delivery, providing the items are still in original resalable condition.

 

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition. Once an item has been returned and inspected you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

Customised and made to Order items are non-returnable.

 

Goods are returned at the customer's expense, Edwin Bell will not be responsible for any return costs. We recommend that all returns are sent with a trackable, insured service, and that you obtain proof of postage and retain this until the refund has been processed. Edwin Bell cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 3-5 working days for the return to be processed. Providing the items are still in original and resalable condition a refund will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. Edwin Bell are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Please not returns can only be processed to the original purchaser.
